Maza GTR: WhatsApp orders become transport files

Each company connects its own WhatsApp Business number to Maza GTR: customer messages land in the company’s dashboard, not on one employee’s phone.

AI reads the message and fills the file — pickup, delivery, goods, dates. The operator checks and confirms. Anything the AI is unsure about is flagged, so no file is created silently from a guess. The customer keeps writing on WhatsApp exactly as before and gets status updates back on that same number.
